IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS
Beginning September 2010, The Newcomers Club of Cuernavaca will set in place a new policy concerning party and trip reservations. For each event there will be a cutoff date (usually 7 days prior) for reservations, which must also be fully paid in advance. There will be no walk-ins or last minute reservations possible. St. Michael's Library has daily open hours, and this will be a convenient place for you to make and pay for your reservations, in addition to the monthly meetings, or by deposit into our BBVA Bancomer bank account. Newcomers understands that this may require you to do more advance planning than for our past events, but it is a necessary financial reality. All our events are now catered, and the costs are planned on a guaranteed number. In the case of trips, the transport cost is guaranteed based on a certain number. This is a policy made necessary to prevent financial losses from our club's general funds. We aim to be very responsible with your dues payments, and this events policy is the only way to effectively accomplish that goal. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
